The Culinary Arts classes' assignments were to create a seasoning to put on a steak. They then prepared the steak using their seasoning. Judging the final products for third hour were Mr. Pfau, Mr. Foster and Mr. Dunnaway. Josh Roe and Justin Miller placed 1st in third hour. For Fourth hour, Mr. Dunnaway, Mr. Foster, and Mr. Johnson judged placing Heather Janis, Coy Perry and Emaree Williams in first place with their steak which featured a compound butter melting on top. Great job everyone!
