Holly Thacher and Allison King both qualified for the 4-1A State Girls Wrestling Tournament by winning their Regional meet at Baldwin Saturday, Feb 12th! Holly will represent the Bears at the 101 lb weight class and Allison at the 155 lb division. The girls will be competing at the State meet to be held in Salina Feb 23-24th. Awesome job ladies!
The OHS Boys traveled to Cottonwood Falls Friday, Feb 11th to conclude their regular season schedule. The following boys brought home hardware. Sr Jesse Thacher place 2nd at 120 lbs, Sr Michael Wills placed 3rd at 170 lbs, Freshmen Colson Perry finished 3rd at 182 lbs and Sr Justin Miller placed 1st at 285 lbs. These four boys will be competing at the 3-2-1A Regional meet next Friday/Saturday vying for a trip to the State Tournament.
