OHS Bears Boosters

Call to Order:
Kelley Rockhold called the meeting to order at 6:00. There was 8 members present.
New Business:
Late Nite with the Bears
Date and Time: Friday November 16th; will start serving chili at 5:30 til 8:00. Introductions of players at 7:00 PM. Then Games and Entertainment, 8:30 Scrimmage. Times are not definite yet. Check the November minutes for more information.
Admissions: Asking for $1 or a canned item from everyone (including players) to be donated to local food bank.
Committees:
Food: Plans are to have a chili feed. Asking for donations of chili, eight crockpots. Calling volunteers to work chili feed. If interested in donating chili contact Tina Bates or your time please contact Patty Boucher.
Entertainment Committee: Kelley Rockhold and Sandy Coffman heading up this committee and are looking for ideas for games for students to compete in. If you have any suggestions please contact one of them. Also will auction off two basketballs signed by the teams.
Basket Raffle: Rhonda Robbins will be heading up this committee and looking for volunteers to make baskets for the raffles. If you would like to donate a basket please call Rhonda.
T-Shirts: Tina Bates is heading up this committee and will be ordering long sleeve black shirts with Late Nite on them. Check the Web site in the near future to see the shirts.
Clean-Up/Set-Up: Julie McGinnis will head up this committee and needs volunteers to help. If you are interested please contact Julie.
This is one of Booster's biggest fundraisers and we cannot do it without your help. So if you can volunteer please let one of the Boosters mentioned above know. Thank you !!
Next meeting will be November 7th at 6:30 p.m. in the Commons area at OHS. Finalizing plans for Late Nite, and Holiday Open House. Please come and share your thoughts and ideas. Everyone welcome!
