Call to Order :
Kelley Rockhold called the meeting to order at 6:30pm. With 10 members present.
Communications :
Tina Bates reported that she placed a thank you ad in the Oskaloosa Independent for the Tailgate party.
Officer Reports :
President: No report
Treasurer: No report
Committee Reports:
BIC: Reported that we were going to order 24 stadiums chairs and sell them at Late Night for $30.
Fundraisers:
Holiday Open House: Reported that plans were under way for the Open House. Had close to 30 vendors. Had workers lined up to work the event.
Old Business :
Business Appreciation:
Met at Kelley’s on November 21st to make up thank you gifts for Businesses who were Booster Members. Put in a coupon good for a free game on January 4, 2008 when we will recognize and thank our Business Members.
Late Nite:
Rhonda reported that she had 15 baskets so far for the raffle. Decided to raffle off signed football and volleyball. Also auctioning off a signed basketball for the girls team and boys team.
Tina reported that shirts were ordered. Ordered 75 short sleeved shirts; selling them for $9. Ordered 25 long sleeved shirts and selling them for $12.
