We are the Oskaloosa Booster Club. We are a parent run organization and our mission is as follows:
We are committed to providing support and assistant in the enhancement of Oskaloosa High School spirit and the enrichment of the students.
Some of things we have done and have plans to do are as follows:

Are developing Scholarships to be donated this year.
• Have plans for Business Appreciation.
• Discussing purchase of table or benches to be placed in the lounge area of the High School.
• Discussing purchase of new intercom systems.
• Gave away free Oskaloosa ink pens with membership.
• Gave Oskaloosa pens for Staff appreciation to all teachers, custodians, lunch room personnel, office personnel, bus drivers, administration, and board members.
• Donated Gift basket at Bearstock.
• Purchased fence cups, with membership money and donations from Chamber of Commerce and PTO, Put on the football fence and front of school. The cups spell out Go Bears with two paw prints, Bear Country, and Home of the Bears.
• Purchased Bear Paw Antenna Toppers to place on cars in the parking lot on a day of first home football game.
• Planning a Community Bonfire Pep Rally on Thursday, September 20th.
• Donating $100 to Stuco for Homecoming dance, to be used for refreshments and balloon bouquets.
• Donating money to be used in two raffle prizes at the end of Homecoming dance.
• Purchasing 100 balloons for homecoming, to release on the field when the football players come out.
• Bears Boosters having a float in homecoming parade.
• Handing out lanyards, bracelets, red, blue bead necklaces, at homecoming pep rally.
• Drawing from the name of Booster members to donate gift basket for the four home football games. Booster of the Game.
• Sponsoring Tailgate party along with JCI. Serving hamburger and hotdogs on October 19th.
• Donated to cash prizes, $25 each, to Stuco to give away at the end of Homecoming dance.
• Served Teddy Grahams for Fan Appreciation during the Tailgate Party.
• Held Late Night with the Bears as a fund raiser for After Prom. Ordered stadium chairs and t-shirts to sell. Also sold raffle tickets for gift basket.
• Bought 150 cinnamon rolls from the Bear Bakery for Late Night and Holiday Open house.
• Made thank you gifts for Business members who were Boosters. Consisting of , a Bear cup, pen and free tickets to the January 4 home basketball to recognized and thank them for their support.
• Held Business Appreciation at the January 4th home basketball game.
• Held First Annual Holiday Open house in December as a fund raiser. Had 36 vendors, chili and soup feed, silent auction.
• Donated $100 to Sprit Squad for the King and Queen dance. Also donated two cash prizes to be given out at the end of the dance.
• Ordered a Crown for the King of King and Queen of Courts and Homecoming to wear during ceremony.
• Also ordered a metal for the King of Courts.
• Donating matching funds, up to $1000, to the administration for the purchase of furniture for the lounge area.
• Developed two scholarships, $100 each for one boy and one girl, to be given out this year and every year after.
• Sponsored the cookie and punch receptions at the Choir and Band concerts.
