Booster Club Meeting
August 15, 2007
6:30 pm
Call to order:
Kelly Rockhold called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Twelve members
were present.
New Business:
Boosters will be selling memberships at Bearstock for: Family $20, Businesses
$40
Get a free gift with your membership
Lisa Cross mailed out forms for businesses to become members.
Bear T-shirts will be sold for $8 and sweatshirts and hoodies can be
ordered for $13 and $15. Youth t-shirts may also be ordered.
Julie McGinnis had a quote on fence cups. We discussed different designs.
Rhonda Robbins moved to have the Go Bears and two paw prints. Tina Bates
seconded
the motion. Motion carried.
Julie had a quote for antenna toppers. They were a bear paw with Go Bears.
Lisa moved to purchase and put on cars the day of our first home football
game. Rhonda seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Marcy Brey and Rhonda will be giving pens for teacher and staff appreciation.
Bearstock
Tammy Fowler moved that we supply gatoraid and poweraid for Bearstock
to give to the players that night.
Voted to have coolers of pink lemonade, water, and tea and sell Booster
Club cups $3 for one and $5 for two.

The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 29th
at 6:30 at the High School Commons. Check the school Web
