3. Approval of Agenda

Jon Henry moved to approve the agenda as presented. Denise Selbee-Koch seconded the motion. Motion carried. Vote: 5-0

4. Discussion Regarding replacing OJSHS Assistant Principal/AD Position for 2008-09

Tammy Fowler arrived at 6:20 pm.

Jon Henry moved to not Rehire an Assistant Principal / AD for 08-09. Denise Selbee-Koch seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Vote: 6-0

5. Executive Session

Not Needed.

6. Personnel

Jon Henry moved to extend a Secondary Art Teacher contract, for 08-09, to Emily Beecham. Tammy Fowler seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Vote: 6-0

7. Adjourn

At 7:30 pm, Jon Henry moved to adjourn. Denise Selbee-Koch seconded the motion. Motion carried.
