Regarding District Reduction in Spending Plan

Pfau presented information regarding the budget and the districtÕs plan to
reduce expenditures based on reduced state funding.

Dissinger moved to accept the report.
Denise Selbee-Koch seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Session – Matters Affecting Students
Herb Dissinger moved that the board go into
executive session for the purpose of discussing matters affecting students: to
protect the privacy interest of the individuals to be discussed; for
thirty-five (35) minutes, staring at 8:05 pm, and that the board return to the
open meeting at 8:40 pm in this room. Jon Henry seconded the motion. Motion
carried.
Vote:
7-0
Herb Dissinger moved that the board go into
executive session for the purpose of discussing matters affecting students: to
protect the privacy interest of the individuals to be discussed; for five (5)
minutes, staring at 8:40 pm, and that the board return to the open meeting at
8:45 pm in this room. Denise Selbee-Koch seconded the motion. Motion carried.
